Absolutely horrible to my 80 year old father when he went to them to get a loan. Would not return calls , made excuses and strung him along for a month. Can't believe it comes down to me, 3 States away ,having to call branch manager. Time to look into filing complaints with the CFPB, Federal Consumer Complaint department and seeing if the FOS will hear their case. Elderly discrimination at its finest. Stay far away from this lender.
